KJ3222X1-BA2 is an 8-channel AI module of the DeltaV series, supporting 4-20mA analog signals and HART protocol. It is the Series 2 second-generation version and can be connected to HART intelligent transmitters to achieve process signal acquisition and two-way communication between the instrument.

It is powered by the local bus at 12VDC, 150mA; and by the field bus at 24VDC, 300mA. The loop's rated voltage is 24VDC and 30mA. The working environment temperature ranges from -40℃ to +70℃. It has an intrinsically safe explosion-proof certification and is suitable for installation in hazardous areas.

There are 8 independent analog input channels. The panel is equipped with Power/Active, Error, and Ch1-Ch8 status indicator lights, allowing for intuitive viewing of the module and channel operation and fault status. It supports reading HART device parameters, transmitting diagnostic information, and configuring and debugging of on-site intelligent instruments.

The module is installed using a rail-mounted method. It is manufactured in Thailand and is widely used in DCS control systems of process industries such as chemical and petrochemicals, enabling stable acquisition of process parameters such as pressure, level, and flow.
