KONGSBERG 37931623A Main Controller Module

The 37931623A is the core main control module of the Kongsberg K-Chief marine automation system. 

Designed for DIN rail mounting, it features an industrial-grade PCB with three-proof protection and complies with DNV certification and the IEC 60945 marine environment standard.

 It operates on a standard 24 VDC power supply, supports dual-channel redundant power supply, and tolerates transient voltage fluctuations within the range of 18–32 VDC. Equipped with a real-time processing chip, it simultaneously acquires analog and digital signals across multiple channels. 

It is compatible with 4–20 mA and ±10 V analog signals, as well as 24 V digital signals, with a signal conversion accuracy of 0.05% and a response delay of ≤40 ms. 

The board features multiple onboard bus slots that allow direct connection to I/O acquisition boards and communication modules, supporting hot-swappable system expansion. 

Operating temperature range: -25°C to +70°C. Features vibration resistance and electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection, and is designed to withstand high humidity and salt fog in ship engine rooms. Equipped with status indicator lights for quick diagnosis of power supply, bus, and channel faults. Used for ship engine room monitoring and logic control of power equipment.
