This gateway is designed for the ABB Bailey INFI90 DCS system.

 It serves as the core conversion module for data exchange between the INFI-NET bus and the host computer. It is powered by 24V DC and features a dual-layer circuit design integrating a CPU board and a memory board. Installation requires two rack slots. 

The hardware is equipped with a dedicated industrial processor chip and comes standard with an RS232 serial communication channel. 

It natively interfaces with the NIS control module’s expansion bus, supporting a maximum data transfer rate of 19.2 kbps and is compatible with various software protocols used in industrial control host computer configurations. 

It operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C, has an IP20 protection rating, and is resistant to dust and electromagnetic interference, 

making it suitable for chemical and power generation applications. It features a modular plug-and-play design, with a gold-finger backplane that allows for quick connection to the rack.
