Safety level


Compliant with IEC 61508 SIL 3 and IEC 61131-3 standards, it is used in high-risk scenarios such as overspeed protection, flame detection, vibration protection, and emergency shutdown (ESD) of gas/steam turbines, ensuring safe shutdown of the equipment in the event of a failure.


Hardware Design


Dual redundant processors: adopting dual CPU architecture, real-time cross-checking data, single-point failure does not affect system safety.


Specialized safety firmware: Pre-loaded safety logic libraries (e.g. ladder diagrams, function blocks) to support fault injection testing.


Physical interface:


Fiber optic port (for high-speed synchronous redundant controller)
