TRICONEX DI3301 is a highly reliable analog input module in the Triconex safety control system. It is designed for safety instrumentation systems (SIS) to collect analog signals from industrial field sensors such as temperature, pressure, and flow transmitters. It is converted into a digital signal for the main processor (such as MP3101) to process. Its core function is to ensure accurate monitoring and safe interlocking control of key process parameters.

2. Core functions

High-precision acquisition: support 4-20mA, 0-10V and other standard industrial signal input, resolution up to 16 bits, accuracy better than ±0.1% FS (full scale).

Triple redundancy architecture:

Each channel is integrated with three independent acquisition circuits, and the single point fault is eliminated through the TMR (triple module redundancy) voting mechanism.

Support channel level fault isolation to ensure that a single channel failure does not affect the overall system operation.

Safety diagnosis:

Built-in broken line detection, over range alarm, signal drift monitoring function.

Report channel health status to the main processor in real time.
